This stylish and spacious boutique style villa is situated on an exclusive hillside in the Komurluk area of ​​Kalkan, Turkey. Just a 5 minute walk will take you to the Mediterranean sea and beach clubs. Kalkan town is just a 10 minute walk away. In an elevated position overlooking Kalkan Bay and harbour you can enjoy peace and quiet with beautiful views and sunsets whilst being just a few undulating walks from Kalkan with its fashionable rooftop restaurants, bars and market shops.
Accommodation
The villa has been designed, built and furnished to an extremely high specification and comfort. The bedrooms are six in comfort and are ideal for families or couples, the villa is particularly well equipped both inside and out with complete relaxation and comfort.

The Magic Garden Villa has a large private swimming pool (10 x 5 metres) with a shallow end with Roman steps and a deep end of 2.1 metres with sea views. Of note are the beautiful stone walls and limestone terraces for sunbathing and dining throughout, as well as the special ”Magic Garden” which provides a comfortable and fragrant Ottoman-style relaxation area when the sun gets too hot, or, at night, to watch the stars and the activity in the harbour.

Outside, the property has a barbecue, wooden sun loungers, large parasols, a dining table and chairs, a shower and comfortable seating areas. All the arches and the pool are lit at night to provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.

Downstairs is an extremely spacious open plan living room which is set around a beautiful stone fireplace and is furnished to a high standard. Great sea views, 2 comfortable sofas, TV (English channels), Pioneer stereo system (Bluetooth and AUX), board games and a library filled with bestsellers in English.

The kitchen is really well equipped with beautiful marble work surfaces, modern appliances including a full size gas hob, electric oven with extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, lentil, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee maker, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, crockery and cutlery, pantry, fridge, toaster and wood burning BBQ.

Outdoor area and Enchanting Garden:
The pool area is located at the front of the villa and is surrounded by a sun terrace overlooking the coastline and hilltops, offering wonderful views and a feeling of sunshine. The outside area also has a covered terrace with garden furniture: sun loungers, outdoor shower, BBQ area (gas and wood), shaded dining area and coffee table. The highest point of the villa is the quiet Enchanted Garden with colorful plants and a seating area for relaxation. Perfect for enjoying the sunset with breathtaking panoramic views of Kalkan town and the surrounding coastline.
